On behalf of the HQ Staff and per the personal discretion of the commanding officer of the IPF, Sergeant Major Sumzero is hereby awarded the Commander's Recognition Ribbon First Class. SGM Sumzero has consistently demonstrated a high level of commitment to the mission of our movement by taking the initiative and personally managing various special projects and missions that have been vital to our ongoing success as a political organization.
Let it be known that any members who contribute in a meaningful way to advancing our glorious revolutionary goals either by way of their investment of time, creative energies or personal effort will be recognized for their selfless service on behalf their comrades and rightfully receive commendations and/or promotions in accordance with our meritocratic system.
