Attention to orders men! On the recommendation of the commanding officer and with the consent of the headquarters staff of the IPF, IBM Brother Rever is hereby elevated to the ILM and promoted to the rank of ILM Comrade.
As a purely meritocratic organization which evaluates the eligibility of any candidate for advancement on the basis of objective qualities, the IBM is committed to ensuring that only those individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to our cause and have proven both their loyalty and their value as men of honor are selected for promotion.
