First off you must have me confused with someone else, I am merely an adept of the NPNW theory. Secondly I don't own a crystal ball so I really couldn't tell you when the breaking point will be reached, what I can tell you is the how....
Basically nowadays there aren't enough people working either way, businesses are closing down all over Europe, not because of lack of customers, but because of lack of workers. Men are the driving force of the economy, we all know that. All the "real jobs" are done by men, women can somewhat contribute to that, however they don't really do much. If men just don't do anything anymore then the economy goes under and the government collapses. In its place there will rise a new system, one that will cater to the wishes of the NPNWs, because giving them pussy is going to be the only thing that'll get them back into the workforce.
Obviously in order for it to work a sizable minority (3 - 4 % of able bodied men) need to join in and basically burdenmaxx in order to bring down the economy. The idea is pretty simple and honestly quite ingenious, in normal political circles they call this accelerationism.

The more incels, the more support for us and anger against foids so we need to use it to our advantage and capitalise on the new wave of inkies.
