In order to gymmax you don't need to actually go to the gym you can just do your pushups with all of their variations in your room and that'll be plenty (that is what I have been doing for the past 6 months and I am happy with my physyque). Obviously going to the gym is more effective but in my opinion the most crucial thing is getting enough protein. Whey is the cheapest source of protein for building muscle and honestly as long as you do some exercises you'll grow.

I started a similar thread here last night though I didn't run through the very detailed and highly circumspect analysis which you provided above. I do agree that gymmaxxing will axiomatically result in a concomitant increase in status as measured by how people perceive you and thus respond to you as a function of their subjective apprehension of what you look like to them. I have been musclemaxxed for at least 20 years now and used to be able to bench a one rep max of around 400 lbs. I am still extremely strong and probably within the top 1-2% for my age group of 45 for actual functional strength. I receive respect from males wherever I go though especially when I am in the gym and wearing a tank top exposing my 18 inch biceps as they serve to convey an image of strength, power and dominance. Foids may not necessarily respect me but they do seem to be terrified or at the very least incredibly intimidated by me and as such, move out of my way for fear of being physically dominated. I would quickly say 100% on the gymmaxx but you are right that it does not have to be in the gym! It’s good for you mentally and physically. Being prepared for whatever is needed is important. A day will come when you will need to physically fit. Better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war. It is probably my overall personality and demeanor that keep foids from approaching me. But fuck them. I am still going to hit the gym or run everyday and disrespect them for the bitches they are.

Gymmaxxing won't save you from inceldom but it will serve as a tool of masculinity to assert yourself more than if you were skinnier with less muscles.
