Attention to orders men! For engaging in acts of gross insubordination, showing profound and unpardonable insolence towards superior officers including Lieutenant McGee, engaging in a pattern of behavior which resulted in the deliberate provocation and denigration of his fellow comrades and for other offenses, ILM Comrade Outcasted Outcast is expelled from the ILM, removed from the IBM and demoted to the dishonorable rank of nigger slave.

On a personal note and in the unlikely chance that Outcasted Outcast ever actually reads this, I must add that both the Lieutenant and I conducted a formal hearing in order to ascertain the merit and veracity of the allegations which this comrade had made against his brothers. I also took more then an hour to adjudicate his culpability and to give a maximally charitable construal of his own claims. Outcast did not even bother to take the time to attend his own administrative hearing, notwithstanding his insistence that he was the one who felt aggrieved.

Finally, I made a long personal audio message for Outcast wherein I elucidated the reasons why I felt the facts did not favor his case. I likewise gave him an opportunity to make amends and to continue on as a member in good standing in the elite ranks of the ILM. In response to this extraordinarily gracious dispensation, Outcast proceeded to sperg out and rage against our movement, insult our esteemed Lieutenant and repudiate every principle which he had avowed to uphold. Such conduct cannot be tolerated and will be swiftly and mercilessly punished by the holy scimitar of Jihad.
