I've seen that movie literally dozens of times and that has to be my LEAST favorite scene as it is intended to impress upon the viewer the ostensibly physicality, masculinity and martial prowess of some random kike when jews are in actuality the apotheosis of weakness, timidity and cowardice. It also emphasizes the value of retribution against the very honorable men of the Wehrmacht who helped facilitate the annihilation of the jews by conquering territories held by nations that had previously been tolerant of them.

My favorite scene in that film is the tavern scene where Fassbender and some undercover jews infiltrate wearing SS uniforms and ultimately engage in a dramatic shootout with an SD officer and some infantry soldiers who are there getting almost as drunk as you do every week. My second favorite scene is when SS Standartenfuhrer Hans Landa (one of the greatest characters of cinema in all time) executes a family of jews for daring to conceal themselves from the Gestapo.
