I would rate them 6-7/10. Their features are attractive but not uncommon. You can see girls like this all over the Balkans. Also, I've picked their flattering pictures. Here are some more normal ones that might change your rating:

SMV calculation starts to get a lot more subjective once you get to 8/10 and above. Still, I think most people would agree that the women I've posted in the beginning are around 6/10 and the ones I've posted later are all 9-10/10.

It's not even possible to compare men with women because men are more variable. It means it is hard to say what a 10 in women looks like. And there are fewer 10s that are women than men. Also there are more men than women, so you cant just compare 2 normal distributions.
