Well said Sergeant Major, as always and if you want to get some sense of the many reasons why I reasonably believe that you have rightfully earned your promotions and the accelerated advancement within our ranks that you have achieved, please see my post above wherein I tagged you for the sake of expediency. And yes, you are correct in your assumptions; rank must be predicated on merit which itself is measured by the intensity of ones convictions, the utility function of their skill set, the results which they are able to achieve and the totality of relevant circumstances as they relate to the individuals capacity for honorable and useful service. Just as I must persist in providing inspired leadership to the comrades to maintain my status as a captain, so too must subordinate officials work assiduously to earn and sustain their own status.

1. Promotion and rank assignment is based on merit, competency, skill, aptitude and performance metrics that gauge the success of the candidate in his position.

2. Individuals who possess exceptional skills, experience, education, intelligence or other fungible resources that can be used to advance the movement will always be granted accelerated promotion opportunities per the IPF's official rank and advancement guidelines which I wrote myself and which I am sure you still have not even bothered to read.

3. Sumzero is akin to McGee in that he is prepossessed of a unique constellation of skills which only I seem to have and which are indispensable to advancing our strategic objectives. I haven't seen any evidence of you actually collaborating with either SFC Tovarishcel or VH in furtherance of regaining access to element. They have offered many constructive solutions and you never reply to their sage advice other then to say that you receive some sort of error message. You need to be more persistent and make a more concerted effort to get back on to element as that is the place where all important decisions are made regarding the strategic objectives of the movement.

You seem to lack motivation despite my exceedingly generous offer to grant you full pardon for your many transgressions including treason against the IPF and to reinstate you both as a member of the staff and a moderator. Since these positive inducements are clearly insufficient to animate your jewish sensibilities, I shall employ the traditional Nazi style force that has worked so well in enslaving and annihilating members of your filthy race of degenerate kikes.
