Are they a separate entity from .is? Because they have a pretty decent section on the JBpill, something which .is can't tolerate.

No, we need someone to volunteer who has access to a PO Box or would be willing to pay to obtain one from the USPS. I already composed the actual letter and we just need someone to put it in an envelope with a viable return address and send it to the address listed above.
