I don't want to have to demote you any further as you have been an extremely loyal and long serving comrade but I have no choice since you can't continue to serve as a member of the staff without access to element. Once you get back on there then we will immediately restore your status, assuming you start attending briefings again.

it wont pass until you fix it yourself. i told you there is many options to try:
try to uninstall it, try to make new account, try to run it as administrator, try to run it in a browser
