Show some fucking respect Private when you speak to your commanding officer. I understand that you disagree with my decision but as I told you all during our townhall meeting this last Monday, it is my prerogative to make decisions on behalf of this organization and if you have some grievance or constructive criticism to offer, element is the proper venue to POLITELY express those concerns. I don't need to be justifying every single decision that I make here in elaborate detail as that would just be too tedious, laborious and time consuming.
