I don't think that is accurate and I think your estimations are off by at least an order of magnitude. It may have received 100 views in a day but I seem to recall this thread already having nearly 10K views as recently as yesterday. Also, the other threads were languishing without many views in the last 24 hours so I would think it would be highly improbable that so many individual visitors (fakecels/normies) would concentrate their attention on this thread.

Fair enough, though those views must have been generated by activity either two days ago or today since these forums were literally dead yesterday.
