Anyone else thinks fishing is the way to cope?

No foids or chads out there on a lake, just silence and peace in the wilderness

interacting with fish in a body of water is like interacting with software on a computer

Amin to that! Fishing is pure bliss, just you, the lake and nature... The best part is that nobody aside of inkwells are ever going to bother you. You can drink, smoke and the best part of it all is that dinner for that night is free if you manage to catch something.
Sadly since I moved to Germany I haven't been able to fish cause the laws here are so fucking cucked. You need a license and for that you need to do a course, plus a loaf of money and for every single body of water you fish in you must pay a fee. Back home in Romania you could just do whatever you wanted, because.... It's all free man. The fish in the sea don't belong to anyone.

I haven't actually gone fishing, but now you recommended it might give it a try. There is something so primal about catching fish that makes it appealing to the human instinct.

I used to hunt often and would shoot and kill any form of small game or random animals that happened across my AK-47 iron sights but fishing was just too goddamned tedious and I could never bring myself to get up at 400 in the morning to actually be out on the lake in time to maximize the possibility of catching something.
