Attention to orders comrades! On behalf of the IPF HQ Staff, with the concurrence of our chief of staff, Lieutenant McGee, I am hereby conferring the Master Sergeant Kevin Debruyne Memorial Ribbon on SFC Sumzero in recognition of his outstanding personal service in furtherance of the cause of incel revolution.

Per the official IPF awards protocols, the Kevin Debruyne Memorial Ribbon is awarded to any comrade who contributes substantially to the vibrancy and vitality of the Incel movement and is considered to be the third highest honor that any serving member of this organization can receive.
