Originally I planned jaw training long ago but even tried meowing but заебался it was way too annoying and hard to tell if it ever worked, eventually i acked calistheticpill and redpilled, bought barbell and for jaw i tried to lift it.
it worked fine but I needed to buy some carabine to use with it )pikrel) bt bigger like your hand
I normally put towels on top of it but i made few mistakes on road as example i trained by neck instead of my jaw almost and man it hurt.
but it allways hurt in general because you need to bite hard.
anyway jawliner seems to be easier, today ive bought russian rip off under different brand name, although it is example 1 not 2 it seems to well done. Anyway, I wanted to share it with you goyim incels
