For the past 2 months none of my copes have been bringing me happiness.I can't pay attention whenver i"m playing vidya and I feel nothing while playing it.Everything to me feels pointless.I'm just watching TV shows,movies or youtube just to pass the time.My dopamine receptors are fried from tiktok and porn and I just cant't enjoy doing jack shit.At this point I don't even wanna live anymore.I wanna get immersed into vidya again so I can forget about the lack of women.
