Attention to orders men! For conspicuous failure to adhere to the ruling of the Supreme Court of Incel Appeals (the transcripts and oral arguments of which can be found here: viewtopic.php?t=750 ) and for persistent dereliction of duty, to wit, continuing failure to meet the minimum obligations of a member of the HQ staff by not attending mandatory weekly briefings, Staff Sergeant General Alek is hereby demoted to the rank of Sergeant.

We remind all of our comrades that unlike any other virtual space within the incelosphere, the IBM and the IPF are both real world political organizations and are governed by a scrupulous adherence to principles of meritocracy whereby those who constructively contribute to the advancement of our cause will be promoted and rewarded, whereas those who fail in their own responsibilities will be subject to demotion. We operate entirely without passion or prejudice and adjudicate these matters in a complete objective and dispassionate manner, as befits men of honor, integrity, probity and justice.
