Attention to orders men! Per the recommendation of the Commanding Officer of the IPF and with the approval of the HQ Staff, Corporal Interferon, Assistant Social Media Relations Supervisor is hereby awarded the IPF Personal Achievement Ribbon Second Class.

This decoration is conferred in recognition of CPL Interferon's consistently high level of commitment to the cause of Incel Revolution and empowerment as evinced by his recent efforts to create and disseminate IPF propaganda in his own hometown, in addition to having completed tasks of vital strategic significance to the movement, the details of which cannot be divulged here due to their classified nature.
