As I tell many of the young fanatical comrades here who may be contemplating a potential act of mass murder against foids, it is far better to unify and embrace the principles of solidarity, fraternity and camaraderie that are so instrumental to the goals of the IPF then to go forth in an ultimately futile and self-destructive act of personal vengeance. Committing mass murder is illogical in addition to being illegal as it doesn't allow for you to carefully discriminate between your putative future victims and as such, hypothetically speaking, an ER type event could result in the death or suffering of fellow incel tier men. I think you should forget about dating\women\sex for a while and focus on improving your mental health, therapy can be very helpful if you find the right model for your issues.
Being completely honest I think having stable peace of mind is far more important than sex.
