They won't start off as the operations manager but at a lower position and grade of either Operations Sergeant or even assistant department head. The point is that we need to generate interest in serving the staff HQ and this is the most expedient means of doing so. Also, and as I told you before sergeant, I want to keep you as chief of recruitment since you can do much more damage there then anywhere else.

Keep postmaxxing, recruiting more comrades for the cause and serving as a loyal, obedient and dutiful soldier in the IPF and you will advance through the ranks in accordance with our promotion and advancement protocols. Remember also that rank is rather like pay in a real world company so that the smaller the company is, the less revenue it generates and the lower the salaries are going to be, whereas, when the enterprise is successful and begins turning a profit then the compensation of its manager will increase. So to it is for rank in so much as the fewer men we have, the less need we have for higher ranking leaders but, when our organization proliferates to a much larger size, then we will need more senior officers to command it.

This is why I insist on continuing on as a Captain even though I have literally held this rank for almost exactly a year now. I will only accept Major after we have attained 500 forum members or have organized a real world Incel Power rally with me as the Fuhrer, whichever comes first.

maybe when you are a Major, McGee will be Captain, Tovarish will be 1st Lt. and I will be 2nd Lt.

When I am Major, 2LT McGee will be promoted to 1LT and Tovarish will likely be promoted to either SGM or Technical Officer (Warrant Officer). Since Tovarish is more senior in rank then you, that would mean that you would move up to MSG or possibly SGM at that point, though we would have to find a new position for you as those ranks are too senior for a department head. I have thought this through however and as a former military man myself, I understand very well how our ranks ought to be structured.
