Attention to orders comrades! Per the recommendation of the commanding officer and with the approval of the HQ staff, the following promotions and commendations are hereby awarded:

For meritorious and distinguished service as the Operations Manager of the IPF, SSG Angel is hereby promoted to the rank of Sergeant First Class

For meritorious and distinguished service as the Technical Services Supervisor of the IPF, SSG Tovarishcel is hereby promoted to the rank of Sergeant First Class and likewise elevated to the position of Senior Department Head. Additionally, in recognition of his personal contributions to restoring our forums after the dastardly and cowardly attack undertaken by our enemies, SFC Tovarishcel is awarded the IPF Exemplary Service Ribbon

For his heroic contributions to the restoration of these forums and for personally financing and directly superintending the technical efforts which were necessary to ensure that this site is now more stable and secure then ever before, CPT Aurelius is awarded the IPF Distinguished Service Ribbon
