Mentally Lost Cel has been demoted and removed from all of his positions. He is furthermore degraded to probationary user status on our forums so that he may be more conspicuously identified by the faggoty pink color which will ensure that he is properly mocked, ridiculed and humiliated by all for having had the impudence to insult his superior officers in the IPF.

His conduct was grossly insubordinate, showed conspicuous and continuing disrespect for superior ranking officers of the IPF and included, amongst many other indignations, calling his commanding officer a moron and an FBI agent.

Insubordination will not be tolerated and will be severely punished. All lower ranking members shall be required to show respect and deference to higher ranking personnel at all times.
