I'm about sick of all this BLM stuff. I could understand early on, but we also had plenty of examples of the black guy/ woman being shot, and they had it coming.
Why do I think George Floyd was made into a saint, with a gold coffin and tons of media coverage at his funeral? This country is STARVING for a national hero which we typically see in movies. We don't have that. And so when our nation (especially the younger idiots) see this guy, we release all this pent-up desire on someone that we feel is missing in our society.
And now, the end-result is that if *any* black person is killed by police or goes to jail, he's assumed a victim until proven otherwise, which isn't always possible.
A secondary result, on the other side of things, is that *real* examples of police brutality are automatically dismissed.
