I was preparing a snack for myself (just a shit load of cupped pepperonis) and my mom came in and told me to shave my beard tonight before my haircut tomorrow and I told her that I'm not doing it since I can just have the barber shave it for me during my haircut. She gets mad and my dad chimes in and also gets mad, both dogpile me and tell me I'm lazy as fuck and not doing enough even though that's not the case. I tell them both to fuck off and tell my mom to shut the fuck up since she keeps saying nonsense and they get mad at ME even though they're the ones who started bothering me for no reason.

I only work two days a week but I balance two jobs, one of which is an extremely difficult job where I have to deal with a severely micromanaging boss. Normally this wouldn't matter but I also balance college alongside my two jobs and my last semester was absolutely dreadful and left me with no breathing room so I wanted to reward myself by giving myself this one week to just relax and get ready to start working on a personal project that can hopefully generate revenue. But no, me giving myself a week to relax after a shitty semester with nonstop homework is just too much to ask for and makes me a lazy person who doesn't have their shit together.

They tried to play the victim card when I retaliated and started cursing them out but I've matured and learned that they are not the victims here and refused to apologize. I consider myself to be a hard working person and do what I can to make something of myself and it honestly makes me feel less motivated to do anything in life when I have two annoying old people whining in my ear about me not doing enough, especially when they try to gaslight me about it too.
