Poor nutrients from hedonistic junk food due to low salary.
Constant stressors and cortisol raising lifestyle due to normies putting endless pressure on actual incels/truecels.
Neurological damage from years of hardcore neglect and isolation from normies through developing years in youth.
Untreated self-esteem issues. Factor in social anxiety and low tolerance for stress.
Combine it in some cases with medications due to incel genes inherited.
Lower T from poor genetics, diet and upbringing makes it hard to see any hope. And worse of all, hoping that the brain fog magically goes away is just hope at the end of the day not reality.
Being robbed of one's mind and then also of a life to live. That's not living. That's just surviving.

In some sense it is an twisted adaptation. For those who suffer a miserable, inescapable fate it may be best to not think. Ignorance is bliss as they say. And if you cannot change your fate, it is best to not think at all and torture oneself with thoughts.
But at the same time we will never change our condition if we succumb to such miseries. We must point our thoughts towards victory and fuel our will with our emotions and our memories of our agony.
