The only prerequisites that I think you will have to satisfy prior to eligibility for advancement to this mighty rank are (1) remaining logged in to the forums for as long as you can on a regular basis instead of regularly logging off when done posting and (2) attending our weekly briefings on a regular and weekly basis.
