Why alt right was subverted so fast?

I wanted to ask richard spencer why it happened.

I dont know why. I noticed it took less than 1 year to subvert it.

My hypothesis is that the people gathered by so called "dissident discourse" were super eager to get political representation no matter who. So they were easily swindled and taken by the nose and told to participate in trump media. I believe that these guys thought we have to "go in the same direction" or pull the rope in one direction, its one element that may have contributed to the subversion.

The thing is, there are classes in society that are not represented and they are marginal. There are at any moment in any country scattered groups of people who have no voice in politics whatsoever.

In my country for example there were notav communities, the punkabbestia hippies, the antivaxx groups, the scattered mormons, the scattered jeowah witnesses, the various northern alps religious groups like damanhur. This legion of dispossessed groups is huge and if someone finds a message that creates unity among them he can command a new army.

Incels of course are another part of this group of people who aer abandoned by institutions. incels, neets, rejects and misfits.

Older people are also incredibly underrated. Older people are rich and easy to swindle.

My guess is that the people gathered by alt right at the beginning were politically activated, and they didnt see straight, so they were easily taken by the nose and infiltrated. they changed all their goals into the usual mainstream right criticism of muh liberalism and usual boring surface level "antisemitism" and support for trump. But it was done simply because the gathered masses were already eager to have a representative, anyone.

yeah they were subverted. Also their IQ dropped to the floor and below, it went down the toilet.

At first you were seeing mostly white educated people from academia. Later you seen mainstream conservatism injected into the discourse, but it happened very fast. Super fast subversion, most of them were also exposed as russian agitators payed by russia.
