I made the decision to abstain from fapping today as I don't want to deprive myself of essential energy and nutrients needs to fast tommorow as I won't be able to eat from sunrise to sunset. Tommorow at sunset is when I will get to eat. Iftar as it is called.
This fast is going to be taken on behalf of the IPF with the blessings of the Lord Elliot and Allah!
No fap before my IPF fast tomorrow
