Upon researching the Toronto Owlwhores and the distance between where Alek Minassians van attack ended , I have come to realize there is only a half hour cutoff. If the attack lasted longer probably the Great Alek could have driven that van into the Toronto Owlwhores (Hooters) and ran over many of those whores as possible. I have included a screenshot of the distance between where the attack ended and how far it was from the Owlwhores. I have concluded this via google maps. I have also attached photos taken of these whores (some appear as though they were taken by customers without these whores being aware) and how they could have been potential great victims of this attack.

I wish Alek Minassian started the attack where the Owlwhores are
