1) Pets
Pets show love and affection. Yes they love the owner because he feeds him/her but that's how it works. Though through the years of bonding, studies have already shown that domesticated animals such as dogs show brain activity of happiness when seeing their owner.
2)Exercise
Exercise is a no-brainer. It helps blood circulate and keeps the individual fit. Consistent scheduled exercise + healthy diet that meets macros makes all the difference in having better health.
3)Meditation
This enters a possible grey zone of being too mystic and wishy washy but meditation has been proved to slow ageing in cells, prevent high cortisol levels, improve gut system and overall health wellbeing.
4)Avoiding risky hedonistic copes
Risky hedonistic copes such as smoking, escorting, drug usage and of similar destructiveness may fill the gap of an incel's heart but its temporary. They all have in common is that its a never ending cope where money and time is thrown in the drain. One time isn't enough. A cycle of doom. Incels/truecels should stick to low level less risky hedonistic copes such as video games and of similar matter.
However never underestimate any form of hedonistic copes. All have their own risks. Even a low level cope can easily become dangerous for an incel if taken out of control.

Realistic Non-Self Destructive Copes
all other pets except dogs are good , dogs are evil and deceiving creatures and mass media corps are manipulating and paying academia for pro dog studies while actual studies show dogs only care for food and they have no loyalty and love to anyone except themselves
dogs are self destructive and possibly the worst cope of all time , all dogs should get killed and eaten , you can look at my megapost in .is , ı will post it here too someday
Not all life kills for fun and js as pshcopathic and sadistic as dogs btw
also foids and extroverted narcisisits are attracted to dogs cuz they are evil creatures just like themselves and as you know foids like evil things , thats why they protect the bullies and the dogs which are bullies themselves and dislike other nice and better animals
