Cough syrup was the heaviest drug I used

Basically I have read on psychonaut forum that you can extract the principle and make your own drug using cough syrup. THey advised a dosage, but I didnt care and used an entire big bottle empty stomach. They specifically advised against doing it empty stomach.

So happened this: I start having hallucinations and my body is paralyzed, I was barely able to go to the toilet, and I stayed half an hour looking at the mirror.
Then I go in the bedroom, the hallucinations make me see blood on the walls.

After hallucinations went away I took 3 days to recover. Basically that was the heaviest thing I tried, south park was right doing an episode about it.
