The IBM is the first echelon of this three part hierarchical system whereby new comrades are afforded the opportunity to prove their dedication to the cause through engagement with these forums and by posting in a manner that is both quantitatively and qualitatively superior. For those who demonstrate such commitment, we advance them to the more exclusive ranks of the ILM where they will continue to prove their loyalty and accrue personal merit. Finally, for the elite and most righteous amongst us, there is the IPF which is the vanguard of the incel revolution and consists of fanatical warriors who are devoted to the creed of solidarity, fraternity and brotherhood.

This is literally killing the forum, no one can't browse all of those boards, you need to reduce them.

Do you at least understand the rationale for establishing those various sub-forums? And while I agree, it would probably be more streamlined and straightforward to have fewer forums in here, we need to preserve this hierarchical structure for the reasons I cited above. If you have any constructive suggestions I would be very eager to hear them but make sure that whatever you do propose we can implement while also retaining the basic structure of the three part system we have devised.

We need everyone to put in their time, advance through the ranks and earn their standing in this organization on the basis of pure individual merit. There are those comrades who have proven themselves worthy of advancement from the IBM but who may not have necessarily satisfied the leadership staff with their eligibility for admittance to the IPF so the intermediate group of the ILM serves that function. Think of the IPF as the Waffen-SS of Nazi Germany, the ILM as the SA storm troopers and the IBM as just the standard Nazi Party membership as I think that analogy serves its purpose.

I don't care, if you are gonna have 20 subforums at least have a modern forum software, otherwise it's to hard to browse 20 subforums every hour and see the same threads each time.

Again, if you have some sort of constructive suggestions besides just saying that there are too many forums here, then please elaborate. I have made my case for the current disposition of these forums and have discussed the reasons why we have implemented this system. If you are a member of only one forum (which you are - the IBM) then it shouldn't be too difficult or confusing for you since there are only about six sub categories within that particular forum. I spend more time on this site then anyone else, have amassed a post count equivalent to 25% of the total posts in all forums and find this to be an exceptionally intuitive and engaging framework. Also, it was the lieutenant and I who personally paid for this software as well as the licensing fees and the cost of the domain hosting service so price was part of our decisional calculus. I hope you understand but either way, as the commanding officer and captain of this great organization, my decision is final, like that of the Fuhrer.
