As a senior ranking department head, MSG Alek will personally command and lead our ongoing recruitment, retention and propaganda efforts both online as well as in our real world exploits through the use of posters, placards and other salacious content. MSG Alek brings a considerable wealth of eclectic and extensive experience as our premier recruiter and one who has acquired expertise in matters of both forum infiltration and utilization of espionage techniques in order to better evangelize the message of incel liberation.
As Director of Recruitment he will oversee a staff of dedicated, highly trained and exceedingly competent comrades who shall contribute to our efforts to expand this movement as rapidly as possible.

We don't have anyone serving as Chief of Staff since, as I said in the briefing this afternoon, nobody here has the requisite experience, seniority, functional aptitude, versatile and eclectic abilities and other qualities which are absolutely indispensable for this proverbial "jack of all trades" type role. I will personally assume responsibility for this position until such time as a worthy candidate is available. Perhaps in time and after you have acquired adequate experience and seniority, either you or your comrade Pour Lui could conceivably apply for the position. Be mindful also that as we expand and the IPF grows, we will necessarily be creating new senior positions that will be necessitated by increased demands of a larger organization.

I have time to jump on a quick element call with you right now to disabuse you of any concerns you may have regarding the wisdom, justice or prudence of the decision to transfer MCG Alek.
