I cope with fast food whenever I am able to get my hands on it.

Yesterday again I spent money that I didn't have on burgers, fries and a soda. The burger was really big, the fries were really good. Overall I had a delicious lunch yesterday.

I did become fat for some time while eating so much fast food. Nowadays I've learned to control my metabolism

I would strongly discourage you from eating any fast food and doing so only in moderation. There are so many artificial preservatives and actual unnatural additives that are included in the ingredient list of that shit which itself features chemicals whose name I can't even pronounce. I was once a very obese person myself and would routinely consume various low grade forms of fast food, especially McDonalds and Little Caesars but I can tell you that this food is lacking in proper nutrients which are essential to your body's good functioning. At the risk of sounding slightly pretentious, I now eat a very clean diet, work out every day and am extremely fit, strong and as musclemaxed as incel hero of the Mujahedeen ought to be.

I do agree that it is extremely unhealthy and I am well aware of all the negative side effects from consuming it. I do consume it in moderation for several reasons one because I am such a brokie and second because I have already seen it's negative effects in addition to weight gain. For about six years my blood pressure has been going up. It started prematurely on from the age of 23 and now I am 29 but better able to control it as I know many of it's triggers.

However one of the many downsides of my life is still being stuck at home with my pajeet family who consume shit stinking pajeet food on a daily basis and quite often I have no choice but to consume lentils and bread. That shit is vegan as fuck and I am so fed up of consuming that on a daily basis so whenever I get the chance to eat fast food I always go for it.

However some pajeet food is good today my family made rice at home like they do every weekend so Saturday's and Sundays are usually better food wise I am not usually down on Saturdays especially because it's made for a day and a half usually. But by Monday afternoon I am down again and like that for the most of the week when it comes to eating at home.

Sometime in between they will cook some other good pajeet food though.

But as the years have gone by we have been getting poorer and poorer our financial situation appears to be deteriorating over the years showing no signs of improvement so the options of eating any good food at home are slowly decreasing. We were able to prepare better food at home years ago because we were much more financially stable.

What does your clean diet consist of usually?

I understand and dietary considerations are often dictated by the exigencies of life and that which is most expedient at any given time regarding availability, cost, time, etc. I would recommend that you watch the revolting but equally edifying documentary "Super Size Me" which features some chad who subsisted exclusively off McDonalds for a year I believe and who then did a comprehensive physical and medical assessment using all the biometrics that one could use to evaluate just how much his health had deteriorated. His BP, cholesterol, heart and kidney/renal functioning and a host of other indicia of wellbeing had changed dramatically. This is merely anecdotal but it ought to serve as a cautionary tale.

My diet consists in mostly lean proteins, chicken, fish, protein bars, cottage cheese and sometimes cereal.

You speak from extensive personal experience as an unreformed reprobate drunk whose raging alcoholism has been the proximate cause of many a demotion in the past.

I recommend you return to your former cope as eating McDonalds will never result in your being too incapacitated to properly comport yourself in a meeting with fellow revolutionary leaders.

Depends on the fast food. Imo the only good combo is high protein goyslop plus gym.
E.g. chicken breast burger, tuna subway etc.

You can get the same macros as you would in home food, provided you don't use much sauce, don't eat desserts (other than plain ice-cream) and only take diet soda as a drink.
