I think redpill is here to stay. Because redpill is part of our system of spirituality and adapts to what we already believe. Redpill = left hand path bluepill = right hand.

Even if people dont know they are drawn to such systems simply because they heard them somewhere before.

Blackpill was a way to reject the system of left-right hand path. It didnt work precisely because incels themselves rejected it. The manuresphere did not adopt the blackpill.

THe majority of usage of the term comes from an online community called "dissident right" and they use blackpill to mean "depressive realization". They decided blackpill makes you depressed. this is probably their default emotional interpretation.
