Boomer community inundates you with endless conspiracy contents. Most of these things cannot be true at the same time. What I recommend is you focus on one conspiracy at a time. Instaed of affirming 100 conspiracies, you pick one you like and launch into a deep dive, study all materials, listen to all witnesses, research all the sources. You also study basics of detective work, and build the basis to make rational judgement.

I mean, you take 5 or 10 years for just 1 conspiracy.

Regardless if the cnspiracy is true or not, you will have gained skills and talents. You will have fought against distractions, you will have capability to sustain attention for longer periods (years even), you will control your own mind, you will be capable of using laser focus and be serious.

I dont care if the conspiracy is true or not, I think you can carve something good out of it anyway. Instead, if you affirm 1000 beliefs at the same time you corrupt your own morality, lose track of whats true and whats fake. Your brain will melt.
