Pardon my extreme ignorance and child level understanding of the law, but recently I think I discovered a bug in the constitution of my country. In a nutshell we have no mechanism to remove politicians we cannot "fire them".
So I was curious about a political situation and I asked around to lawyers online and to chatGPT, and my question was "why can we not fire them if they dont follow the referendum"
The idea is we can do recourse to constitutional court, but politicians dont respond anyway. So we currently have no method to do something in the eventuality politicians are not responsive to the law and the constitution.
I scavenged online and read some bits of my constitution and holy shit I spotted a bug. So now we have also this task: fix the bug in the constitution. What a life, its going to be tough.
It would be called "false assumption bug" because according to wht Ihave read about my country constitution, it was developed in post fascist times to prevent fascism, and so it was full of protections for politicians. Alright, so that one was an incorrect assumption, which led to a manifested bug.
So I have no idea how to edit te constition, lucky me in my country is full of lawyers, there is an excess of them. In a nutshell, lawyer was considered "high status" in the past generation, so everyone went to law school, and they are all poor now. And I went to the lawyer lately to discuss an issue related to my property and local administrator issues, and he had an assistant woman in her 30s still apprentice. She was offered to me as a "Package deal" so I payed 1 lawyer and got 2 for price of 1. This girl was still jobless at her age and still doing slave labor. And she has to think herself lucky because no lawyer works, and we have an extreme excess of them.
So this is a very useful coincidence, we can rely on a mass of unemployed lawyers, people who studied, people who are smart, people who are without options. Such a good coincidence. So all of a sudden my idea of changing the constitution becomes feasible, dont you think?
my country constitution is bugged
