I think some people observed they develop a taste for human genitals. Some focus on the penis and conclude they like penises so "it makes you gay" but you may as well develop an equivalent taste for vagina and its also caused by porn exposure.

Another thing people notice is they start having some attitudes that a nefarious liar propagandist may describe as "bisexual", like for example you comment on male actor performances or penis shape or erection, and someone inclined to be a liar may call you gay for it.

But no, you cannot "become gay", and its just impossible. Whoever blames media exposure for his homosexuality is some liar. He was probably already gay and is trying to wash away his inclination saying someone else did it. And I think most humans are like this, they are mixed and they are more "bisexual" nobody is 100% one thing or another.
