I mean I am a fan of his books I have read them all. Except the latest ones I stopped reading houellebecq when he started doing the soumission book and I didnt suffer him no more.

over the years I remember people criticizing his monotonous style because he always made protagonists that are demotivated incels rejecting women and society. Instead I liked him for that reason, It was a nice escapism for me to read adventure of misogynist incels hating women and developing scientific methods to get rid of them all.

Over the years I came to realize I got tricked. Houellebecq is a big trickster. This is how he looks.

I realized his appearance is intentional. He wants to be "ugly". He wants to embody decline itself. He wants us to become "modernity". Basically he uses us, so we embody the decline and we "prove a point". Hes casting spells on us, he wants to criticize modernity.

Obviously, hes also a great comedian. I cannot avoid mentioning he really has some fun comedy talent because his books are all funny and he hates women in a funny over the top way. But the main trick hes performing is the spreader of doomerism, he will try to convince the reader that women vaginas are mystical and they can heal all problems in life. All his characters get their issues fixed thru woman vagina. Another thing he pushes is doomerism.

Thru various years of online presence and a life lived as a loser, I had occasions to discover the existence of a clique of losers such as myself, and they focus on criticism of modernity. They are referred to as "decline of the west circles" or at times called "doomers". One thing I noticed they do, is the tactic of the university professors. They reminded me of these big teachers sending antifa and black bloc to do protests for them or to "prove a point". Lately also judith butler started to advise her tranny students to "be sad" to perform an identity so she can prove a point in academia.

Some people, want to manifest issues. Some jews for example want there to be problems so they can implement a solution. People like houellebecq are similar, he has political affiliations, and for a guy like him, its important we suffer, we are doomers, we see women as a salvation. Because he has a point to prove basically.

I tell you this to warn you. I came to these conclusions after 9 years. I didnt understand this immediately. I took a while, hope you can make it sooner. I made mistakes believing in a guy like houellebecq.
