Today is November 5th. I haven't drank alcohol since Halloween. That means today is day 5 of my no-alcohol streak. I felt inspired by @rever 's nofap journey that I thought I'd share with y'all the progress of my no alcohol journey. I'll keep y'all updated if I relapse or if I continue my streak.

I wouldn't have even quit drinking except my mom bitched at me and threatened to go to the courthouse and evict me if I kept drinking. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise cause now I get way better sleep and don't wake up in the morning feeling shitty, sleep deprived and hungover anymore.

I recommend that if you do so that you refrain from imbibing excessive libations to the point that your cognitive faculties and ability to apprehend or remember details of the meeting are impaired or severely degraded. I actually spent most of yesterday afternoon and evening indulging in drink which for me, took the form of exquisite Cognac which was the preferred beverage of many fine SS officers. I will be taking a nap to facilitate physical and mental recovery prior to our meeting this afternoon.

I can relate to and have an acute appreciation for your situation as I formerly consumed legendary quantities of alcohol on a regular basis to the point that it significantly impaired my ability to function both physically as well as intellectually. I now only drink about once or twice a month though I still consume far more then I ought to as I typically finish an entire fifth in the course of a single drinking session. And like all incel men that I know who also partake of intoxicating libations, I drink alone which of course is considered to be an exacerbating factor for developing alcoholic behavioral proclivities.

I suspect his divine patrimony and status as the son of God likely elevated his physiological tolerance for alcohol to Irish Priest or even Russian army officer levels.

That’s true but the Bible also condemns being a drunkard. It says drunkards amongst a litany of other sinners won’t inherit the kingdom of God. You’re allowed to drink alcohol as long as you don’t get drunk.

Thanks bruh. And yea it’s terrible for your health. It also fucks up your sleep. Sometimes I miss getting drunk at night but I don’t miss waking up in the morning feeling shitty, sleep deprived, and hungover.

This thread has the feeling and quality of a virtual AA meeting. Maybe when you reach day 21, we will bestow a special commemorative coin upon you, in accordance with the traditions of AA itself.

Update: I wish I had some damn beer. Even just 1 or 2 beers I’d get a tremendous boost cause I took a tolerance break for 8 days now. Been posting conspiracies on the internet so the matrix is attacking me increasing my schizophrenia. If I had some alcohol I could cope better. I’m just gonna try and go to sleep. Hopefully the government doesn’t shoot radio waves at me at 3am and wake me up out of my sleep.

Congrats keep it up. Personally I replaced alcohol with marijuana and I consumed it daily, consecutively, for 2 years in a row. Every single day I experienced 16 hours of stoning. Obviously I had to do pauses to avoid consuming too much but it gave me no side effect. Yeah obviously I used normal non-GMO weed. But it completely erased alcohol from my life.

I dont even think about it, and nowadays im not using weed too. I dont need it anymore. And, I didnt give up Dionysus. I can drink at times. Is just I found a cure from it.

Yea weed is better than alcohol. You wake up in the morning with a kush coma rather than a sleep-deprived hangover. What’s this about GMO weed? Is the weed from dispensaries GMO but weed from the plugs non-GMO? Or is it all the same? I wondered sometimes if the weed at dispensaries is different than weed on the streets or if it’s all the same.
