I'm starting to fill out my sleeves. And keep breaking many of my PRs.
Even though its sometimes hard to get all my calories and protein in while being homeless its still going really well.
Good for you comrade. I have often contemplated commissioning a dedicated IPF personal enhancement program which would include physical fitness videos that I would personally create and present in addition to tactical training seminars which would serve to enhance both the physical excellence of our Mujahedeen as well as their aptitude with and alacrity for the blessed AK-47's which we employ in self defense only. I recommend you ensure that you consume at least 1.5 times your body weight in grams of protein per day and drink as much water as possible. Proper hydration, adequate diet and restful sleep are all highly conducive to the sorts of gains which Allah seeks to bestow upon his faithful servants and soldiers inshallah.

There really is some magic clarity that happens in my mind post-heavy lift. 10/10 Advice from Darth_aurelius. I think you commissioning that would be great. Today is leg day, for me.

Youre doing great. Gym will give you great satisfactions and dopamine boosts and it creates a fake feeling of "im struggling" that hooked a ton of men addicted to it. Overall also boosts your energy. Theres only positive sides to it. Its also optimal for an incel autistic mindset because you get to become a nerd rat into counting calories or doing weight lifting, its something really suited for the incel.

No excuses for anyone else if you are homeless and still gymmaxxing. For all the lurkers, gym feels terrible for the first few weeks, but once you feel visible changes, it motivates you.
I am also gymmaxxing, from fat to fit. As a former obesecel, I struggle with cutting down on carbs, I'm around 200lbs. Going down the powerlifting route, because even when I get muscle, I struggle to get lean. Should be close to mandatory for all IPF soldiers, even worth a badge if one gets to a high benchmark.

I agree with this assertion completely and can attest to its accuracy on the basis of my own extensive experience as someone who has been lifting for nearly three decades at this point. Like anything else in life, it is a matter of getting acclimated and conditioning the body to the routine which you will very soon fully assimilate and embrace as a positive and constructive means of self improvement. The IPF officially encourages all of our comrades to gym max to the extent that they are able, not for any vain and frivolous reasons of enhancing ones bodily aesthetics but rather to improve your self esteem, confer upon you the strength of a heroic Mujahedeen and unleash your full revolutionary potential.

I fully endorse steroids for recreational activity or for givingn you a boost but Im personally not takin any. I dont wanna end up like ex TRT orthobros and in all honesty my libido is really high enough. But when I get older I will totally blast myself with roid injections no problem

Steroids make your balls shrink. Not healthy. Find natural remedies to boost your testosterone.
Steroids go well for some people and go badly for others. Theres some genetic freaks like ronnie and markus ruhl who magically do alright. Other people get gynecomastia after very short time or tey get lots of pimples. Overall these days you can be safe because is all legal, go to the doctor and they sure give you some roids. In america they have TRT in my country the doctors just give you roids if oyu ask them. Doctor help doesnt means is safe, because doctors are known to also prescribe pills like candies like opioids and amphetamines and all sorts of extremely dangerous pharma who alter you permanently.
Overall I always was wary of these things. So doctors never prescribed me anything. I dont have clinical labels by the way. Im from millennial generation and in our generation having mental illness was glorified. It was a method to express "profoundness" or a way to express how deep and suffering you are, but it was really a point of honor to have mental illnesses and 20 prescriptions.
Well one of the many reasons Im incel is because I resisted that. Im clean. I did use drugs, always on my own terms. I mean generic drugslike cocaine. I have read some manuals for roids like the book of mentzer and some entry level stuff. Overall I think if you do it yourself and you know what youre doing is fine.

This is true, but gymbros have a science of their own. HCG completely and entirely prevents testicular shutdown. And enclomiphene restores any lost testicular function without altering the HPG axis.
I used to be a big believer in natural everything, avoiding supplements and medications too. I still avoid painkillers. But the truth is, we're exposed to so many toxins that our body's systems have been irreversibly detracted from normal anyways. Like, we're continually ingesting artificial estrogenic compounds and microplastics, so our bodies are no longer natural anyways. We might as well correct things in our favour. And sometimes, we're so cooked (like no muscle, or endless depression or fatigue) due to our unnatural lifestyle that it's better to just be reliant on meds than continue on our doomed path.
Going off topic here, but I truly sympathize with neo-Luddites, naturists and old school tech-skeptics, but they're being wiped out. In this rat race, the competition is so high that the only means to success is to embrace technology (including biological) as soon as it comes and use it to your advantage. Because tech = power.
Only exception is if you're willing to detach from everything and go full off grid. Those in the middle are just slow adopters of tech, who miss out the growth tech has to offer without getting the benefits of avoiding tech.
