Bruh I tried nofap a few years ago, it made virtually zero difference in my productivity. The only reason I don’t fap anymore is cause I’m hyper aware of the feds, corporations, hackers etc. spying on me and it ruins my vibe so I can’t fap anymore. Fapping doesn’t hit the same when you think about the Feds watching you fap. If I were you I’d just keep fapping who gives a fuck. If the Feds aren’t watching you you have no reason to not fap unless you’re a Christian.

That's why I mention Instagram usage .
But this in fact makes me from rock hard to soft cotton hence I am in effect feminizing myself.
