You need to introduce this proposal during our next staff briefing so that we can discuss and adjudicate the individual merits and relevant considerations of each candidate as they relate to their suitability and worthiness for service in the IPF. I personally believe that some of the more active ILM Comrades ought to be inducted into the elite, Waffen-SS like ranks of the IPF to commend them for their dedicated and honorable service.

I agree and I personally think that it is the most unique, exceptional and, dare I say, magnificent looking rank in the entire repertoire of IPF enlisted rank insignias. It is also befitting a man of your particularized talents and aptitude since it was originally designated as "Specialist", thereby indicating that the wearer had attained highly refined skills which he then used in furtherance of the mission objective.
