When your dick gets hard you need to understand that you entered a casino where the prize is procreation where your sperm is the currency. After entering  Your brain gets flooded with dopamine . 

The more you gamble ie the more sperm  flows out of your body which is pre cum fluids . After some time the gambler in order to recover  his lost sperm  wants to win the procreation prize which he is biologically programmed to do. 

So he wastes more and more  sperm in order to win the prize of casino he wastes more and more sperm by watching porn and many other ways. 

Post nut clarity is just like a gambler realizing that he has lost large amount of money/sperm and then rationally thinking his actions.

The unfortunate thing is the gambler who lost his money has to work to earn it back but the sperm lost can be just naturally recovered and is like passive money deposit hence  he spends his sperm at the casino.

Yeah I understand the perspective but nofap isnt good for me. I think I have to jizz. If you dont want to jizz, fine, then I would recommend at least do something about it like for example get into vril/prana/chi/force or sexual transformation magic of that sort. I mean, try to use it for something not like nofap that they just "resist temptation" and its completely useless.
I will still jizz and is what I want to do.
