I like videogames Im also makin one in unity. I still would not want to see dating as a video game.

Gamification, performance, strategy, and media-driven “meta” thinking have infiltrated so called "romantic" (how normies call it) life.

In game: you create avatar, customize with skins and so on.
In dating: Construct yourself as a personal brand, curate dating profile, filter photos, perform culture bios on apps like Tinder or whatever. use instagram as status fraud. Tiktok offers auxiliary stats.

In game: Objectives range from winning to gaining XP
In dating: Commitment, casual flings, some validation, XP as well. Matches, likes and comment add "social XP"

In games: Player gain skills over time, unlock ability, build character.
In dating: "level up" socially by improving looks, income, statusboost, conversation skills (charismaboost), so on. Gain "higher tier" partners.

Metagame = meta-dating. Dating podcasts (MTV programming) function as modern "manuals" or "strategy guides", hosts break down behavioral patterns created purposefully to alter normie behavior (teach norms):
- what kind of people have most value in dating market (this will be told to you)
- what behaviors increase or decreases attractiveness
- how to "win" (and also what are win conditions)

This is programming, like MTV was in the past. In any case you can consider it "game manual". Youtube = oral narration.

Social media = leaderboards + spectator mode. Social media are spectator sports mostly, and a ton of incels are cucks like these people who watch other youtubers play games instead of playin themselves. Oversharing on socials is a strategy and also a request of judgement, so youre always under peer pressure.

Min-maxing (rule optimization). In game it means maximizing advantages and minimize weakness. In dating it looks like this: curate your profile to appeal to specific types. Avoid vulnerability unless it "pays off". "testing" potential partners (you can use advised psychological tactics).

There are dating scripts used as behavioral programming. Players internalize mechanics through tutorial and walkthroughs, daters behave through scripts learned from podcasts (MTV programming). These scripts often masquerade as wisdom but function like social code injections, social life is treated like a game.

Overall I criticized dating ideology elsewhere. I see normies follow the "dating ideology" and it pisses me off. I think is better to do patriarchy and ditch this bullshit. Get rid of it, all of it.
