Don't be too jealous comrade. If you listened to the entirety of my video announcement, you will know by now that the Lieutenant has worked extremely hard to get to where he is today. I know that sounds like some horribly contrived normie cliché but it isn't wrong. He has done more for this organization by way of meticulous management of resources, personnel and information then perhaps anyone other then myself and maybe Kevin, though the Lieutenant has been serving continuously for longer then the newly promoted master sergeant. He is a man of great ability and his cunning intellect is matched only by his fanatical commitment to our cause.

Much appreciated Soldier 1st Class Alek. I accept it with pride as I have worked diligently with my fellow staff to fund and design this website and our administration. We must hold ourselves to high expectations and reward merit and achievement amongst our comrades to inspire all to tangibly further the cause of men's rights and incel liberation

We hope you will shortly join us and earn further ranks yourself after your upcoming interview. :heilhitler:

I don't mean this to be condescending comrade and please don't mistake my tone for one of haughty impudence but I just want you to have some perspective and insight on how much time and effort the higher ranks in this organization are expected and required to put in. Speaking for myself, I can honestly tell you that for approximately the last two weeks, beginning around the 1st of this month and continuing until just a few days ago, I was putting in about 40-50 hours A WEEK in furtherance of various official IPF business. This included managing these forums, collaborating with senior staff on necessary administrative decisions, making recruitment videos, posting on .is, making speeches over on discord and all other manner of miscellaneous duties. While I generally spend less time discharging my official commanders duties, they are considerable and comparable to at least a part-time job. The way our organization is structured is such that the higher you advance in the ranks, the more responsibility you assume and the more you are expected to commit to our objectives by way of whatever skills, knowledge or expertise you may be able to offer.

You were aware that I put in 40-50 hours a week recently? You couldn't have known that comrade nor could you have surmised that or at least I don't think you could have. But yes, the IPF is and will always be a meritocracy whereby advancement and promotion is always predicated on effort and the value of any individuals contributions to the cause.

I knew you worked hard

I knew your life was dedicated to this movement as much as to a job

I didnt know the exact numbers of hours you put in but my estimation was in the ballpark

I honestly put more time and effort in to this movement than any other comrade but that is precisely the way it ought to be in a meritocratic system. So that a captain should be working harder then a lieutenant who himself works harder then a sergeant major who works harder then a sergeant first class and so on. This is also in furtherance of ensuring that the men respect the highest ranking personnel as we all lead by example and are the most fanatical in our commitment to this glorious cause.
