Yeah pretty much. But in the case of my granma, she remained smart for 103 years, but got very dumb in the last 2 years of her life. After the cognitive decline followed also the body decline and death. Some people get senile dementia at younger and younger ages, could be to the pharma, sedentary life, malnutrition. Nowadays you will see people reaching dementia at younger and always younger ages. Which is a bit of an issue.
