Attention to orders men! Pursuant to the policies adumbrated in the IPF official Service Awards Protocol document and for having served as a member of the elite IPF for more than three months time as of June 3, Sergeant Major Sumzero is hereby awarded with the IPF Long Service Ribbon Second Class.
