People hypocrisy on RDR2

I see stuff on the internet about how Arthur from RDR2 is such a great, cool, loyal guy.
He is literally a murderer and a thief, meanwhile they try to make the guy giving money to people like a monster.
At least those who made a debt knew that sooner or later someone would have come to collect.
With arthur you are minding your own business and all of a sudden he pops out, kills you and steal your stuff.
The main diffence is that arthur is attractive and the other guy is not.
I don't get how norimes became so retarded, how the fuck is arthur better? Maybe because he is good looking.
