Normie objectives:
1) To break you mentally or even physically.
2) To make you take their bait and react.
3) To ultimately make you suicidal as an end goal.

In regards to the suggestions below, I myself use these. It may not work for you but hopefully it could give you the ammunition to survive around normies.

1. Control Your Breathing and
Don't control your thoughts

Normies are good at telling if they are causing you emotional distress. They notice when you start to choke up when around them out of anxiety or fear.

About not controlling your thoughts. It sounds counterintuitive doesn't it? But what's happening is your being gaslighted. All your life you've been told that you need to change everything but your looks. So even till this day we still carry out Bluepilled thinking and naturally do it without thought. Good looking people can think however they want.
People said you need to think this or that to you as an indirect way to say they don't like you.

"But if I don't control my thoughts I hate what pops up in my mind."
Totally understandable. But you have to let go. However I understand some here may have had PTSD and those most likely require more heavy use assistance from a professional asmuch as we all detest them for exploiting us.
The main reason is "conserving your energy."
So if you can control your breath and you can allow yourself to stop controlling your thoughts and allow it to flow naturally.
Basically your not allowing them to control you.

Normies want you to think in an anxious pattern. They want you to breathe in an abnormal fashion.
So I found myself trying to control my thoughts and being unable to breathe properly when the pressure from normies were high. I found overtime that doing the opposite helped way more and changed everything.

I've found that not being angry or sad and being in a state where its neutral emotionally was best.

2.Be physically strong and
Mentally knowledgeable

If you hate exercise, that's ok. But it helps signal to normies that that your going to be harder to mess with physically. I will also add that if you have money, time and interest. Try martial arts. Find one near you by searching in Google Maps and find an affordable one. Yes they may be full of normies there but you'll eventually find a way to hopefully ignore them.

I highly suggest if your anxious to go to the gym full of normies to try to exercise at home with Youtube Guided Workouts. Try to do both cardio and strength training.
Start with 5 mins and take breaks if your not used to it mid exercise.
"Guided 5 mins cardio"
"Guided 5 mins bodyweight"
You can progress to 10 and then more next time.

First use ChatGPT and ask it to create a diet plan for you. Tell it your weight and height and find what food is avaliable to you with easy access in your town and suggest it to ChatGPT to create a meal plan for you.
"I am 170cm and 85kg, help me create a meal plan with ... and ...and ... to lose weight."

Knowledge is power. In the court, it is those who know the laws that change the tide of the case to their own liking.

Read a random book that interests you.
Ask chat gpt for book suggestions.
Use and google "Libgen" website to download free pdf books.
If you hate reading, start with audio books. If
you hate audio books start with reading summaries.
Or if you find it pointless, maybe try something fictional or even in-game lore of your favourite video game.

Try to get a degree. I know it's pretty much hell to get it when you have zero motivation to study. But if you get it, it helps.
Without a degree your stuck with blue collar jobs and normies there are very rough and will mess with you more often.
A degree is probably the few ways to show to the world you have value. It prevents you from being crushed by the
system so you can support yourself financially.

Normies who don't have a degree work their way up
utilising their looks and social skills. You can't afford
to do that.

Being more physically imposing will allow you to be left alone a lot more and being mentally wise will give
you new freedom.

3. Create a safe space for yourself

Society's hustle culture says "seek the uncomfortable!"
"Do what makes you scared."
Thing is, we do that everyday.
You probably like many others here suffer from high
cortisol levels. It makes you weak and sluggish.
It ruins your brain power and mental health.
It prevents you from being functional and happy.
It ruins your testosterone and makes everything worse.

Your not a normie. You cannot afford to think that,
you can't full send it and grind your life out.
You need a safe space to recover from the stress and worries.

Best is to be at home where your not around anyone.
Do something at home like gaming or watching TV alone.
If you live with roommates or are around a lot of people, try to take measures to be alone more often.

Normies seek out the uncomfortable because their lives
are most often on average very comfortable compared
to ours. That's the big difference.

I highly reccomend also taking supplements like Ashwanghda which you can order at your local pharmacy shop or online. It helps lower cortisol. There's others too but you likely have to search more on it as it can be quite lengthy to find out more.

4. Mentally be honest with yourself on the bad in your life and worst case scenarios that could and will happen.

Your not good looking or neurotypical = normies don't like you.
You must be honest with yourself.
It's very easy to lie to yourself even if your Blackpilled
because the human mind isn't meant to be Blackpilled
or be self-aware of the harsh realities.
That's why the body faints when it's in shock. The Blackpill is a shock to the brain.
The body, mind and self is not designed evolutionary
to have that sort of pressure. Blackpill comes at a heavy
price, it puts insane strain on your mind.
Hence, normies cannot afford to be in a state of Blackpill
and are largely averse to any of the inconvenient truths
that are spoken by people like us whom they find unattractive and weird.

You have already been pre-determined to be disliked
by normies and society. There's no going back now.
It's sad we have to go through this but sadly we have no other choice.

You don't have to obsessively think of the worst case
that could happen. But its important to quickly note
of what could happen when your forced into dealing
with normies. You'll be surprised by how big of a difference it makes when you mentally prep to have conflicts with normies.


On an ending note...
It's depressing knowing we have to take so many steps to just live and survive.
Normies do not understand what kind of struggle it takes to be us. They assume us to be brutes that deserve death.
Yet they commit all sorts of degenerate acts with zero shame or guilt ever.
This is a large iceberg that deserves further attention.
So far this is just but a small chunk of the surface level
of approaching life as an "exile."

May we prosper and lead a quiet peaceful life we so
ever yearn for.
